Frozen at Ridgeview, Veteran Luncheon, and What the Redmond Market Is Doing This Week

Your Weekly Update from Diana Pullen Week of Tuesday June 16, 2026 | V. 15 | Redmond, Oregon Real Estate & Community

Hey friends,

Writing this from the Oregon coast where the weather is perfect and the water is cold enough to make you question your life choices. We drove our car onto the sand this week and had to get rescued by some local kids in a 4x4. No regrets whatsoever.

Here's your weekly update.

1. THE MARKET THIS WEEK

Sales are outpacing supply in Redmond and the Market Action Index ticked up to 33 this week. That's the first upward move we've seen in a while and it could mean upward pressure on prices if it continues. Median list price is $619,000, inventory is at 255 active listings, and 42% of listings have had a price reduction.

The short version: the market may be stabilizing. If you've been thinking about selling, this is worth paying attention to. I'm happy to run your numbers anytime.

2. AROUND REDMOND THIS WEEK

Trailhead Mondays at Initiative Brewing: Every Monday 11am-2pm. Two percent of sales goes to COTA and the Smith Rock Group, two nonprofits that maintain our local trails. Good cause, good beer.

Veteran Luncheon at Redmond VFW: Saturday June 20th, veterans only, free lunch provided. Mark yourself going on Facebook so they have enough food. 491 SW Veterans Way.

Frozen at Ridgeview High School: Ovation Performing Arts is putting on a full production with orchestra, aerial silks, and big vocals. $15 tickets at ovationpa.com. Shows run June 19-28, perfect for a summer family night out.

3. FROM MY WEEK

Sisterhood book club is Tuesday June 16th, 6-8pm at E-Bar Grill. We're discussing Lone Wolf by Jodi Picoult. Come even if you didn't finish it.

Also: my mentor Mike Marshall has a Craftsman style home listed in Fieldstone Crossing at $430,000, one of the more affordable options in Redmond right now. Three beds, two and a half baths, HOA includes pool and landscaping, and it's currently rented at $2,175 a month making it a solid investor play too. Reach out if you want details.
