    Diana Pullen

I’m Diana Pullen, a licensed Real Estate Broker in Oregon with over 15 years of experience helping people find homes that truly fit their lives. My career started in the multifamily industry, where I managed everything from leasing to new construction, contracts, and full property operations. Early on, I realized my long-term goal wasn’t just to manage properties; it was to own them, improve them, and help others do the same. Getting my real estate license was the next logical step, but it’s also where I found my real passion: guiding people through one of the most personal transitions in their lives.

When I later worked in Texas (one of the most competitive housing markets in the country) I learned how to stand firm in my values. My listings consistently sold in under 30 days because I approached each one strategically, backed by data and market insight. My goal is always to position your home to sell, not to sit — and that starts with smart, strategic pricing. That mindset helped me build trust and deliver results, even when it meant walking away from a listing that wasn’t priced realistically.

Years of property management taught me how to anticipate issues before they arise; from recognizing a hidden plumbing problem during a showing to helping sellers organize maintenance tasks before listing. I love a good checklist, and my background managing large teams and complex operations means my clients benefit from clear systems, constant communication, and a steady hand through the details.

Now rooted in Redmond, Oregon, I’ve combined my professional experience with my love of community. When my family and I relocated here, I started the Sisterhood of Redmond — a local women’s social group that’s grown into a vibrant network of support, learning, and connection. Organizing events, fundraisers, and book clubs has given me the chance to give back to my new home and connect women who might have never met otherwise. Seeing those friendships form reminds me exactly why I do what I do: to help people feel at home.

Having moved over 30 times myself (yes, really!), I understand the emotional and logistical challenges of starting over somewhere new. Whether it’s sharing moving tips, local parks, restaurants, or storage recommendations, I love helping newcomers get settled and feel confident about their move to Central Oregon. I even keep reusable moving totes on hand for my local clients; because I know how stressful boxes can get!

People often tell me that I “know everyone,” and they’re not wrong. I’m curious by nature and deeply involved in the community, which means I’m always learning something new about Redmond’s neighborhoods, small businesses, and events. That energy shows up in my real estate work too; connecting people, solving problems, and celebrating every win, big or small.

My approach to real estate is simple: work hard, be kind, and make the process as clear and stress-free as possible. Whether you’re buying, selling, upsizing, or relocating, I’ll guide you with practical insight, genuine care, and the kind of local know-how that only comes from living it myself.
