Music on the Greens, Coffee with the Sisterhood, and One Last Frozen Weekend

Your Weekly Update from Diana Pullen
Week of June 23, 2026 | Redmond, Oregon Real Estate & Community

Hey friends,

Summer is in full swing and Redmond has a great week ahead. Here's what's going on.

1. THE MARKET THIS WEEK

Redmond's market has been strong for several weeks now and the numbers are showing it. The Market Action Index climbed to 33, up from 32 last month, and prices have resumed their climb. Median list price is at $629,450 and we're getting close to the all time high we saw a few weeks back.

A few things worth noting: median days on market jumped to 63, and 44% of active listings have had a price reduction, the highest we've seen all year. So even in a market with rising prices, homes priced wrong are still sitting and getting cut.

The takeaway: this is a strong moment for well-priced listings in Redmond. If you've been thinking about selling, or if you know someone who has, now is genuinely a good time to have that conversation.

Know someone thinking about selling? My background is 15 years in multifamily property management before real estate, so I bring real data and a real process to every listing. My sellers trust the numbers and that's what gets homes sold. If you know someone ready to make a move, send them my way.

2. AROUND REDMOND THIS WEEK

Music on the Greens kicks off Wednesday June 24th, 6pm at American Legion Park. Bring a camp chair or blanket. Food and craft vendors usually on site, plus a playground and restrooms. Park at Redmond High School and walk over unless you get there early.

Sisterhood Coffee Meetup, Thursday mornings 9-10:45am at Kook'i downtown Redmond. All summer long. Bring your kids, bring your mom, bring a project. I'll be there every week and happy to talk real estate or just chat. Great for teachers missing their school year routine or mamas wanting some adult conversation.

Frozen at Ridgeview High School. Final shows: June 26th at 6:30, June 27th at 2:00 and 6:30, and June 28th at 3:00. $15 at ovationpa.com.

3. FROM MY WEEK

Staying busy with yoga, pickleball with the Sisterhood, and helping a handful of buyers find the right property across Central Oregon. It's a good season.
